The Poetic Introduction:

Since this is mostly a poetry blog, allow me to leave some verse here about my blog..

The pages were dark with ink
though they looked blank
as a newborn mind
For the eyes were unseeing
Blind to her stories
though with each second
longer
 that they stared
words began to dance on the pages
hesitant little squiggles morphing
into larger bolder blurs
that eventually transformed into
marvellous stories and paintings –
brief glimpses of her soul.
Aye. T’was the eyes that most needed sight.

    • Thanks, Meghan! When I deleted my last blog, I thought it was for good, but it turns out I can’t stay away from writing! 🙂 So I’m back with the new one, and I’m having tons of fun with it so far! I guess one of the benefits of having blogged before, is that I don’t have to go through an awkward transition phase where I’m trying to figure out what I want from my blog.
Thanks for stopping by! It’s good to see your face pop-up on my blog once again! Let’s try an Skype sometime next month? 🙂 I miss you, and want to hear what you’ve been up to!

      • I would love to Skype with you! We’ll have to figure out a date and a time. I’m busy too with work (I work part-time, but I’m still working an average of five days a week). I’m so glad that you can’t stay away from writing–or WordPress for that matter. I was so shocked and crushed when I learned that you’d deleted your old blog.

      • Absolutely, yes! I’ll be back in England on the 16th, so any time after that, or next month, or whenever works for me! Just let me know when you feel like you’ve got some downtime and you aren’t too stressed out, and we can have a chat 😀
Yeah, sorry about the spur of the moment blog deletion..I think I actually rubbed quite a few people up the wrong way because of that..but hopefully that won’t happen with this new blog. I’m trying to keep the content streamlined so I won’t have any need to delete it should friends and family trace it!

    • Ah, I can assure you it is, although there were times I wish it wasn’t so eventful!
Thanks for stopping by, Tessa! Hope you’re having a good week, and happy blogging! 😀

Thanks for stopping by! Yeah I didn’t know my degree was an actual subject of its own till I started looking around for graduate degrees, and then I absolutely fell in love with it!
p.s. Random question – I left some comments on your blog, and I’m wondering – did you get them, or did they go to your spam? Apparently all my comments on any blog whatsoever go to spam, so I’m wondering if I should write to wordpress support for help or tips..

(Sorry I’m totally clueless as to who you are at the moment – your comment turned up under the name “someone” with no blog link, but I absolutely loved every single blog I visited today, so I’m pretty sure I loved yours as well! Thanks for stopping by mine, and happy blogging “someone”! 😀

  3. I loved your about me… The happy Indian Goddess, full time crazy! Awesome. I love Indian Goddesses and the stories attached to their larger then life persona. As you said I love people who has the spirit like Joie de vivere… It’s fun to find someone who feels the same way.

PS>…. Sorry for eves -reading, I read your comments with Megan and I felt like laughing a bit since my family doesn’t visit my blog too but yours is entirely secret, why? Do you like England?

    • Thank you! 😀 I was trying to make it funny – glad I succeeded! I like keeping my blog secret because then I feel like I don’t have to mould myself a certain way on my blog to meet my family’s expectations. It’s my public, private space where I can just be me behind a mask of relative anonymity. It’s really freeing in a way. As for England – love the place, hate the weather with a vengeance. 😉 Are you in England?!

      • hahaha hate the weather! 😛

I was in England… I haven’t told any of my friends and circles either and that makes it easier to write here and also freeing like you said… 🙂 Glad to see someone feels that way too…
        Have fun blogging 🙂
